Having to replace the 20 yr old unit in my not too long purchased home was a bit intimidating with all the information to figure out. What size, price, warranty, service? Well it's been a month since the install of my new heat pump/AC system, and I still cannot say enough good things about how great Wilmington Air was and how confident I feel about my choice to go with them. Jeremy's suggestion to add a zoning feature allows my large room over the garage to now remain as comfortable as the rest of the house, and the mini split unit in the sunroom is delightful! Braden, Zack, Alfonzo and Ryan were so well organized and worked, even in the rain, with such teamwork they had my main unit completely installed in one day. I really appreciated the care and respect they gave to keep my house clean. Also, they re- routed a drainpipe to eliminate a preexisting standing water issue, as a courtesy, for no charge. They listened and addressed every concern I had.Becky stayed in touch and took care of my Duke energy rebate. I truly believe I received the best value, professional installation, and reliable future maintenance service available in the area. Their financing was also a very big plus in making my experience as painless as possible.

Called first thing Friday morning and they had someone over within an hour. Honest, knowledgeable, courteous, and dependable. Wilmington Air takes pride in their work, does what is best for the customer and never cuts corners. We were very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Had a slow drain problem on our washing machine. Called Wilmington Air after hours and got a prompt call back from Becca. She set up an appointment for the next day and was very helpful.Mike showed up on time and looked over the situation. He started working on the drain problem within minutes. It was a tricky situation to get through the P-trap but Mike persisted and never gave up on getting to the problem and fixing it for us! In the end, he got our drain cleared and running free again. I could not have been happier with his work. He made sure it was done properly, cleanly and showed his skill at clearing a stubborn clog.I will keep Wilmington Air as my "go-to" for any service I may need in the future! Thanks', Mike!

We are new to the area and needed a reliable Heating and Air company. Wilmington Air was highly recommended and I definitely see why! Braden was excellent with the install of our new HVAC system. Cody was very informative when he came out to give us a quote and decide which system would best meet are needs. And the Ladies in the office were very helpful and polite. We will definitely be using Wilmington Air for all our heating and cooling needs!

Just wanted to share a great experience with Wilmington Air and Technician Michael. I called about a problem with a thermostat issue and they were able to immediately respond with a technician. Michael came out and was able to troubleshoot the issue and resolve it during his visit. Micheal was very professional, helpful and informative.We just started using Wilmington Air in 2021 and are very happy with our maintenance program. They've been out 2 times to perform regular maintenance. Each visit was professional and information as we asked questions. We are very satisfied and happy with our choice.This is a really good company and has very knowledgeable and professional technicians. We would definitely recommend them based on our own experience.
